Did Cris Cyborg Win In Under A Minute, Again?

invicta fc 13

Cris “Cyborg” Justino put on a show for the Invicta FC fans Thursday night, finishing Faith Van Duin in 45 seconds and retaining her featherweight title.

Justino-Van Duin highlighted a three-title-fight Invicta FC 13 that streamed live on UFC Fight Pass. It was part of International Fight Week, hosted by the UFC.

As she has done in many of her fights, Justino caught Van Duin and ended her night quickly, landing a knee to the body and finishing her with shots.

In the co-main event Tonya Evinger became the newest Invicta FC bantamweight champion with a fourth round finish of Irene Aldana, while Ayaka Hamasaki took the atomweight title from Herica Tiburcio via split decision.

Justino and Amber Leibrock each earned “Performance of the Night” honors, while Jamie Moyle and Amy Montenegro won “Fight of the Night.”
