Gina Carano confirmed all those rumors and hints that she might be coming back to MMA.

Carano appeared on “The Arsenio Hall Show” Thursday night and revealed that she is not only considering a return to MMA, but has a meeting scheduled next week with UFC president Dana White.

“I love it,” said Carano, of fighting. “It’s something I can do that makes everything else disappear. I dream about it. I just didn’t know if I would get the opportunity to make a comeback.

“Either I will (make a comeback) now or retire. Now is the moment.”

The 31-year-old Carano (7-1) left the sport following a 2009 loss to Cris “Cyborg” Justino in Strikeforce. White recently revealed that there are still fights left on her contract that Zuffa purchased in the sale of Strikeforce a few years back.

“I’m actually considering (a return),” Carano said. “I’m sitting down with (White) next week. There is not a workout I go through that I am not fighting someone in my mind.”

Carano has launched herself into movies since leaving MMA, starring in such films as “Haywire,” “In the Blood,” and “Fast and Furious 6.”

UFC announcer Joe Rogan hinted at a possible “mega” female MMA match being announced soon, and most believed it involved Carano and UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey. The rumor mill only continued to turn when White revealed the promotion holds Carano’s fighting future in their hands.

Rousey has set a return to action for later this year, as she is also filming several movie roles.
