I have a fanatical Amy Adams jones. I’m talking like disturbing shit here. I want to eat her kidneys with some black eyed peas and nice Colt 45. There was just something about her as a nun in “Doubt” that drove me nuts.
That being said, if there’s one thing I jones more than Ms Adams, it’s a superfight between Anderson Silva and GSP. But if GSP has anything to say about it, and unfortunately he does, then it probably just aint gonna happen. GSP sat down with Damon Martin from MMAWeekly recently and kicked some conspiracy:
“I feel like I have a lot of guys that are there and I don’t understand why people are going crazy now, but I just came back from an injury, so maybe some people see me as a weak link. We’ll see what’s going to happen in the future.”
Fans have had boners for this superfight for the past few years, only to have them deflate time and time again. If it wasn’t petty concerns like the weight differential and injuries, then it was other contenders emerging in their respective divisions responsible for ripping this fight from us. Now it’s the Weak Link Conspiracy.
It appears we’re never going to get this fight. Now I suppose I can channel my focus on collecting Amy Adams’ toe nail clippings to complete my eerie shrine. It helps to see the positive in any bleak scenario.
