Sapp vs Gracie

On of MMA’s most burning question has finally been answered: who wins between Bob Sapp and a Gracie? It all went down this past weekend in Jakarta, Indonesia and it was Rolles who had the honor of fighting Sapp. You might remember Rolles from his one-and-done appearance in the UFC against Joey Beltran. Can he redeem himself? Find out by watching this video!

It’s sad to watch Bob Sapp “fight” now.

That was actually worse than expected. Give him an arm and tap to that instead of strikes. I must really be disconnected to Sapp’s international fame because I can’t believe he keeps getting main event fights and taken “seriously”.

I can’t believe I actually considered paying $10 for this shit.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KJzqlequnrc <- Sapp’s fight vs. Maro Perak a few months back. Seems like his MMA fights nowadays follow the same exact pattern: Get taken down, get guard passed after seconds, transition to fetus position and tap to strikes. At least he took a few hard knees from Perak before tapping. Rolles didn’t even get started on ground and pound. And these fights are actually pretty good compared to his recent kickboxing bouts.

Punch him in the shoulder, he’ll crumble.

At this point he’s just a way for promoters to pad an up-and-comers record.  A paid win who probably isn’t in on the fix.

Main event was a bit of bangin’ fun though. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rDoaeBrfpIM

Adpunch wrote an interesting post today onHere’s a quick exrceptIf you live outside the U.K., you might have the UFC 75 Event spoiled before they air it on Spike TV, because it will be tape-delayed from London, England. Personally, I wone2€™t be adding anything to MMA-Extreme.com until 9pm EST when the fights are
