*update* One more of Julie Kedzie kicking Miesha Tate right in the face:
crazy night of fights.
Lol at kaufman clinching with ronda
and greg jackson is cocky and pretentious, like jon jones. just thought i’d throw that out there.
the first gif and the last gif.
think people are getting tired of testing an arm bar escape on Honda?
I really wish Miesha’s tit had popped out in that gif.
Also, why is Ronda dead set on getting Cyborg to come down to 135? That fight has to happen, it’s getting close to Pacquiao-Mayweather territory for women’s MMA.
“Also, why is Ronda dead set on getting Cyborg to come down to 135?”
Because it maximizes her chance of winning in two ways:
a) Reduces the strength disadvantage. Her optimal weight class is 135, and Cyborg’s optimal weight class is 145.
b) Limits the amount of artificially built muscle Cyborg can put on.
Should be Rondalinker
julie kedzie needs to calm the fuck down (and possibly make me a sandwich)
Is it me or does Meisha walk into a lot of strikes?
Poorly-phrased comment. I understand why she WANTS Cyborg to come down, but if she can’t make 135, that fight still needs to happen.
Kedzie made repeated strategic errors, kept going to the ground with tate. kedzie was smashing tate all day. she survived the ground in rd2 then went to gnp in rd3 and got subbed….
PS fuck greg ‘secret gameplan is be unpredictable and hit and run or lay n prey’ jackson ‘the cancer of mma’
I’m sure she could make 135 if she really puts in the effort and does the right things. Off course it’s hard to make the weight when you’re totally jacked on steroids..
Drunk–>why the fuck is all of the responsibility to make that fight on Ronda? The NON-cheater shouldn’t have to do shit to accommodate Cyborg.
^ Honda was the one who picked that fight so now it’s up to Cyborg to drop down a weight class to fight her? Bitch please. Talking all that chit and now step back and make demands for the fight? She’s so fucking annoying.
Don’t get me wrong, I’d love to see Cyborg come off steroids and get down to 145, but if you call someone out in another weight class like Ronda did, shouldn’t it kind of be on you to get to your opponent’s weight?
Typically, the person going up in weight has the disadvantage. If your the star at your current weight, its probably not worth the risk. The fact that Ronda may the best 135er would be completely lost if she were to beef up to 145 and lose. There is little payoff for taking that risk. Cyborg is not that big of a name. Nobody knows of her outside MMA.
Ronda’s post fight comments were to steer the narrative into a discussion about Cyborg coming down in weight and away from Ronda going up in weight.
I do not even know how I ended up here, but I thought this post
was great. I do not know who you are but certainly you’re going to a famous blogger if you aren’t already Cheers!
