The Cyborg workout


Cris Cyborg ain’t a freak of nature … it takes hours at the gym every day to pile that much muscle onto a woman’s frame. That’s what I love about chicks who refuse to pick up a dumbbell out of the fear that they’ll magically sprout gross muscles.     G–>she’s working to be explosive, not lift heavy & put on weight. After I do heavy squats, I finish w/1 set of high speed squats for 15-20 reps (whatever I can do til failure). I do it for jumping stamina & vertical.

    PW–>that bench shit does look a little goofy & I don’t think she is getting a lot out of it.
