Former UFC light heavyweight champion Tito Ortiz didn’t have the same luck this time with his visit to the courthouse. Ortiz, who received custody of his children in a battle with Jenna Jameson, was given probation and fined for a January DUI.
Ortiz crashed his car into the freeway after attending a party. According to TMZ, the current Bellator fighter was fined an undisclosed amount and put on 36 months probation.
He will return to action next month at Bellator 120 against middleweight champion Alexander Shlemenko in a non-title bout. Ortiz is returning after years away and another neck surgery.
