By now you know that the ipecac bet ended in a tie. So we ask you … what happens now???
You should have never asked that question? and P.S. you can vote more than once on your survey
you should have rematch and loser has to drink double
Well Mendes/Silva was technically a submission so you only got 2 points for that meaning you lost by a point.
So I still think you should have to throw up…
even despite your Machida hate
i don’t really want to see anyone drink that crud.. it can’t be good for you, your health or your teeth.
ipeacac and sweat from Machidas man-jewels
Just move it to the next UFC event, that would work for me, you both did a good job with your picks. It was actually a great night for me as I got all my picks except for the Wilson G fight. That studd croatian is a younger Cro Cop with better BJJ.
This is what i said dude, what happens if it’s a tie! Nobody won, you both lost! We want our puke!
Puke bitches why da fuck would you ask you idiots!
I’m not a sadist so I voted for a rematch.
I’m with Sam.
Actually, I looked that stuff up and I don’t think either of you should take it. It sounds nasty and unhealthy!
UFC 84= BRAZILIAN NATIONAL HOILDAY EVENT!! Most brazilians that fought won!!! I said mot, not all
I told you that Kopennhaver pick was going to fuck you.
Wasn’t Mendes vsSilva was a submission so you got 2 points for that meaning you lost by a point.
So you lost clearly, and should have to down the ipecac
I concur with clint, rematch.
Have the guys over at cagepotato agreed to the terms of this poll?
Anyways, the bet wasn,t a very smart move considering the harsh consequences of losig but making this poll was idiotic unless you absolutely wanted to chug that damn Ipecac.
Did you seriously think that the people that come here might not want to see you barf uncontrolably?
Why are people saying that A point should be taken away from FL……Cage P also picked KO-TKO in Thiago Silva, so they both get a point off and still DOES NOT MATTER, SAME SCORE!!!!!!!
And why the hell is that a sub???? Mendes must of cried uncle, then????? You know the ref is stopping it anyt second, why would you pussy out and tap???
I am all for tapping, if you are going to snap a limb or something is going to break. but some punches??? a cut???
Yeah, anyone saying that the Mendes submission means FL loses a point is a moron. They both predicted a KO, so they’d both lose a point.
Less talking, more barfing !
On the PPV it said Sok won by FIRST ROUND TKO. So, technically you won.
I stand corrected… and a fucking moron.
REMATCH– Def.—To tie or draw is to finish a competition with identical or inconclusive results.
In some sports and games, ties are possible.
Resolving tied or drawn matches
In general, there are several methods of determining a winner which are commonly used across various sports:
* Some other measure may be used, such as aggregate point difference.
* A game may continue on in extra time. In order to ensure a quick result, some form of sudden death rule may apply.
* In some sports, a penalty shootout or bowl-out may occur.
* A rematch may occur at a later date, especially if a winner must occur (in a final)
* The result might be decided by chance (e.g. a toss of a coin) when no objective method of determining a result remains.
The rules governing the resolution of drawn matches are rarely uniform across an entire sport, and ARE USUALLY SPECIFIED BY THE RULES of the competition.
^ ^^^Just in case some of you f*ckers forgot how ties work!
I like how Sam never post on FL until now when he gives advice on how challenges should work, since he has such a good reputation at following through on challenges.
Wrong Sam! I know it gets confusing … there are two Bens at CagePotato … B-Gold and B-Fawk. And there are two Sams at 5 Ounces … S-Cap and S-Cup. Small difference, but a big difference.
I honestly cannot believe there’s even a question about that being a round 1 TKO.
1. It said so on the PPV.
2. It says so on the Fight Finder.
3. It’s intuitively obvious.
I’m disappointed that CagePotato isn’t manning-up to his loss.
Day three of the Ipecac crisis continues here at Fightlinker.
